Coding, S.T.E.A.M. Clubs and Maths Dance
We are so excited to launch our S.T.E.A.M. Club (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Maths). We know that you remain limited to the National Curriculum's method of splitting up subjects into separate divisions, but instead you can combine these disciplines into the same projects and investigations. This is how we create the next generation of inventors and specialists. Students still gain the knowledge, understanding and skills to succeed in their school studies, but gain an advantage of being able to apply themselves with initiative and wisdom.
For your aspiring young scientists a personalised science lab may be just what they are yearning for. Keep your children’s curiosity alive and allow us to design sessions that allow your child's mind to be expanded by the wonders of experiments and natural phenomena. We run classes for children as young as 4 years old, right the way through to teenagers.
Coding is what makes games, websites and applications possible. The apps on your phone and the games on your console are all made with code. Our Coding club introduces young people to concepts of Coding for 7-14 year olds. Using the Python programming language, students are encouraged to code ideas from small basic projects to more advanced games. You just need basic computer skills and the ability to read. If you know how to use a mouse and keyboard then you’ve already got what it takes!
